I ran into Chao Shi a couple times over the past few days at the cosplay preliminaries. He was one of the members of the China team in 2007 so he was in Japan last summer, you can see his profile here! He is not from the Hangzhou area but is going to university here so he has been able to come by once in a while. He was not performing but he has a lot of friends here so we enjoyed watching the show together.
