Everyone including cosplayers, organizers, TVA staff, photographers, translators and mothers got together at 6pm and sat down for the general meeting. We started off by introducing ourselves which took the good part of an hour.

After that we quickly went through the schedule for the next few days and got to the main part of the main event, the lottery to pick the performance order of teams in the championship. This year things were done a little different from last year, the goal was to create a random draw with an even spread of teams from different parts of the world. It was a little complicated and left room for rethinking for next year but it was a new concept.

Finally we discussed the details of the next days trip to Nagoya City Hall, the Prefectural Office and Centrair Airport.
