Mexico has already announced their line up for cosplay performances at TNT GT4. They have a total of 61 teams! I am presuming that is only for the doubles WCS prize to Japan. I was there last year and including singles, groups and robots there was well over 200 performances. I have great memories from the event, there quite a few entries about the event from 2009.
