Earthquake in Northern Japan

By now you have already seen the terrible images of the earthquake that struck Northern Japan. As far as I know everyone in the WCS organization - cosplayers, organizers and media - are all safe. Osaka and Nagoya received only a good shake but friends in Tokyo suffered a serious shock and the disruptions to transportation and electricity have made life hard. Some friends had to walk home 5 or 6 hours the night of the quake.

The north of Japan was hit severely by the quake and tsunami. We pray for survivors and evacuees who go without essential medicines or knowing about the safety of loved ones.

Please keep them in your thoughts and even if our lives were not directly touched by the catastrophe think of anything that you can do to help.
