The World Cosplay Summit Executive is pleased to announce that the 17th country to participate in WCS 2011 is Malaysia! I do believe that will be all for new countries joining for this year. Details regarding which event, where and when will be announced in coming days but for now it is official, a pair of Malaysian cosplayers will be representing their country at the event this summer.
