There are no real restrictions
regarding costumes worn by cosplayers who view the
events.
The World Cosplay Summit is a manga, anime and games
festival. If possible, costumes should be worn keeping
the main purpose of the event in mind. Costumes
that are too revealing, real military uniforms,
and civil servants’ attire are forbidden. Please
note that for those who disregard the above stipulations,
be aware that the cosplayer may be ejected from
the venue. |

in the Osu Kannon festival and the cosplay championship
individually, but is it possible to participate
wearing a costume that was made by someone else?
