WORLD COSPLAY SUMMIT 2008

As announced at the championships, the World Cosplay Summit 2009 will be held in August in Nagoya.
The countries taking part will be the 13 countries from this year plus a new country, Australia, making a total of 14 countries (planned).
Preliminary rounds for next year’s summit will be held on the 23rd and 24th August (this month!) in Sydney, Australia, as part of the “Animania Festival”; 12th to 14th September in Germany as part of the “Connichi 2008” event; and 26th to 28th September in America as part of the “New York Anime Festival.”
