Negibose Thailand Co., Ltd. is licensed to publish Japanese manga, regularly holds the "Comic Party", holds lectures at universities, and carries out activities to promote Japanese comic and anime culture in Thailand. They are also making efforts to contribute to society using Japanese manga.

The preliminary round (stage performances) was held as part of the ‘Japan Week’ event on September 23 (Sun), 2007.

The judges selected 1 team of 2 people to be Thailand’s representatives.
