[To general female cosplayers]
The meeting room in Daikoh-in Temple (Osu 2-7-25, Naka-Ku, Nagoya City) can be used as changing rooms for general female cosplayers.
They can be used from 14:00 onwards. The reception will be at the main entrance of TV Aichi.
*In addition, you cannot go into Daiko Temple without going through the reception of the headquarters of TV Aichi.
As space is limited, the changing areas will be limited to the first 100 people.
[To general male cosplayers]
The meeting rooms in TV Aichi’s headquarters (Osu 2-4-8, Naka-Ku, Nagoya City) can be used as changing rooms for general male cosplayers. They can be used from 14:00 onwards. The reception will be at the main entrance of TV Aichi. As space is limited, the changing areas will be limited to the first 30 people. The changing areas can be used until 19:00. Please be sure to take all valuables with you.
It is possible to leave bags in the changing areas, but please look after these yourselves.

Anyone can participate in the cosplay parade which starts at 16:00. We also welcome those who join the parade halfway through.
The cosplay parade is for cosplayers only.

*Everyone can get water (free) at AICHI BANK around halfway through the parade. It will be quite hot on the day, so please make sure that you look after your health and drink a lot of water. If you feel ill during the parade, please see one of the parade staff.
*There will be a strong press presence from TV Aichi and other media at the World Cosplay Summit (August 2: parade, August 3: championship). The press who have received permission from the sponsors will be issued with a press pass. Please note that photos and images taken by press reporters may be used by a variety of media.
