The representative cosplayers of 6 countries visited at Nagoya City Hall on 31st(Fri) July, 2009.
Satoshi Onishi the Vice Mayer of Nagoya City came and talked to them a lot.

Mr.Onishi talked to them about his experience and memories for the countries which they are from. During his talk, they seriously heard it.
They also talked to him positively in the story that he had been to Great Wall and wants to see Pyramid of Egypt.
About "Muneharu Tokugawa" in the title of "The Red Carpet in Nishiki-Douri Street / the parade of Muneharu Tokugawa & WCS Premium"
[There was a Shougun which name is Muneharu Tokugawa about 300 years ago and he did the same thing as you(Osu Cosplay Prade)]Mr.Onishi added to explain.
At the end they took a picture with Mr.Onishi who asked them willingly the impression of Nagoya.
