It was held The WCS 2009 Osu Cosplay Parade at Osu Shopping Street (Naka-Ku Nagoya City) on 1st(Sat) August 2009.

It collaborated with Osu summer festival holding in Osu shopping street and was held The WCS 2009 Osu Cosplay Parade. A general cosplay participants had followed to the representative Cosplayers of 14 countries who participated in the world championship on 2nd(Sun) August.
The parade had started from the south side of Osu Kannon Temple at 3:30p.m. went through Niou-Mon-Douri, Higashi-Niou-Mon–Douri, Sintenchi-Douri, Bansyouji-Douri, Osu-Kannon-Douri and backed to Osu-Kannon-Temple at 4:30p.m.
After that it was held a photo session in front of the stairs of Osu-Kannon-Temple back on Osu-Kannon-Temple.
It was held the stage event on a special stage in precincts from 5:00p.m. Noburou Aizawa an announcer presided the event.
As the representative appeared the stage in order and showed a special posing, the audience shouted a big cheer.
And next the women's announcer unit (TV AICHI)10-tto utaitai(Senri Arai, Miki Mizuguchi, Yuka Kino)sang a "Toiro SONG" at the first time.
They sang and danced wearing the cosplay of the TV AICHI character [Toirochan] and the representative cosplayers enjoyed clapping with their song.
