7th double is chosen at Anime Center Summer

At the event, in Rio de Janeiro, the winner double played Card Captor Sakura.
Who said Rio de Janeiro is just made of beaches, sun and carnival? On February 14, the wonderful city received one more WCS Brazilian selective, showing that Japanese culture fans are very welcome there.The selective took place at Hebraica club. Two doubles of the six doubles gave up the dispute before the presentation.
With cosplays inspired on Card Captor Sakura, Ariana Caiado da Rocha and her partner Bruna Ribeiro Nascimento played the Clow cards, The Light and The Dark, respectively, and got the vacancy to dispute the WCS 2009's Brazilian final.
Mauricio Somenzari Leite Olivas and Monica Somenzari Leite Olivas got the second place, with a presentation inspired on Le Chevalier d'Eon.
Besides the WCS selective, Anime Center had many attractions for manga, anime and video game fans. They could watch the Anime Ke League championship's final and a presentation by taiko group Anime Daiko, from Londrina, which played some anime songs on taiko.
They could also talk to dubber Marco Ribeiro, the Brazilian voice of Yosuke, in Yu Yu Hakusho.
