The Spain preliminary round was held November 1st in Barcelona, at "XIV Salon del Manga" event.
Laura Fernandez (Oscar) and Berenic Serrano (Marie Antoinette), who performed from "The Rose of Versailles", were chosen to be Spain representatives for the WCS 2009!
