Information of the preliminary round for Mexico

This is an event started by the members of ‘Comics de la Centro,’ with manga imported from Spain on sale in shops set up in the vicinity of the central plaza. It takes on a special meaning with the preliminary rounds for Mexico for the World Cosplay Summit also being held. The event is at the "Centro de convenciones Tlatelolco". At the event, aside from booths that sold anime and manga goods, there was also a booth showcasing professional wrestling known as ‘lucha libre,’ which is very popular in Mexico. There was also a live performance by a band.

Preliminary Round Course of Events

[1]	The preselection will be held on January 30-31 and 15 teams will participate in the final contest held on the February 1.
[2]	The preliminary round (stage performances) will be held as part of the 'EXPO-MANGA-COMIC TNT GT4' event on February 1, 2010. The judges selected 1 team of 2 people to be Mexico's representatives.
