Hiroshi Kuruma(President of Aichi Television Broadcasting CO.,LTD) announced summary of The WCS2009 in the press interview.
□The Cosplay Parade will be held at Nishiki Dori Street(Naka-ku Nagoya city) and an annual at Osu Shopping Street.
Takashi Kawamura(the mayor of Nagoya city) who is in a costume of Muneharu Tokugawa(a historical personage in Edo period) also participates in it. (plan)
□The special program「The World Cosplay Summit」(plan) is broadcast 1:15a.m.-2:15a.m. on Saturday, August 8.
Speed Wagon (MC), Miracle Hikaru and SKE48 (Reporter), and Cosplayers of Japan representative(Guest) will appear on it.
□「10-tto Utaitai」that is a unit of women’s announcers of TV Aichi decides CD debut from King Record co.ltd on September 1st, 2009. They sing「TOIRO Song」that is the theme song of TOIRO-Chan(a image character of TV Aichi).
The first appearance is at specially-installed mini stage(in the ground of Osu Kannon Temple) from 5:00p.m. on Saturday, August 1st. Before the WCS mini stage.
