It was held Nishiki-Douri Street Red Carpet / The Parade of Muneharu Tokugawa & The WCS Premium Nishiki Naka-Ku in Nagaya-City.
Though it had been heavy raining and we were afraid of being not able to do it on schedule, at the moment of decision the weather became getting better to miraculous, so it decided to do it according to schedule.
At first Takashi Kawamura a mayor of Nagoya City appeared the cosplay of Muneharu Tokugawa.
And SKE48 a special supporter of The WCS 2009, wearing Kimono surrounded him, they paraded on the red carpet from Nagoya International Hotel to SUNSHINE SAKAE.
And, finally at the appearance of The WCS 2009 representative of 14 countries, it rained heavily more and more.
Under calling by Kentarou Ochiai a MC, the member of SKE48 had the placard to which the name of a country was written, then they appeared on the red carpet by one country and paraded.
After finishing the parade when they took a picture, Takashi Kawamura a mayor of Nagoya City appeared the Cosplay of Amuro Ray "Mobil Suit Gundam" and lived up the audience.
When he raised his hands there was a happening that the belt was taken off, that made the audience laugh.
They took a picture with Mr.Kawamura and then took with SKB48, the event had ended without stopping raining.
